A 90-day supply of a medication offers you more medication at a reduced price. It’s like a discount for buying in bulk. This is reserved for maintenance medications—something you take on a regular basis for a chronic condition (like diabetes), or for prevention (allergy or asthma).

Express Scripts offers you two ways to save on a 90-day medication supply: through retail or mail order. 
- Retail: You can pick up a 90-day supply through a participating pharmacy like Costco, Sam’s Club, Walmart and 9,000 other pharmacies. 
- Mail Order: When you use Express Scripts’ Home Delivery you can get up to a 3-month supply for the cost of 2-months. Your medication comes right to your door each month without lifting a finger.
